FASTENING DEVICE FOR ATTACHING AN AIR GUIDING DEVICE TO AVEHICLE BODY TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to a fastening device for attaching an air guiding deviceto a vehicle body. The invention also relates to a vehicle.
BACKGROUND ART Vehicles travelling through air will force aside the air affecting the fuelconsumption of the vehicle. Vehicles such as trucks with a leading vehiclebody and a trailing vehicle body are commonly provided with an air guidingdevice supported by the leading vehicle body in order to reduce the airresistance.
Such a trailing vehicle body is often replaceable and the dimensions mayvary, requiring adjustment of the air guiding device for optimal reduction ofthe air resistance.
The air guiding device is provided with a front hinge element fixedly attachedon rail element by means of fastening device in the form of T-screwsvertically arranged and configured to run in the rail element.
A problem with such a mounting solution is that the air guiding device isdifficult to assemble, the air guiding device being a relatively heavy and bulkyarticle which needs to be correctly positioned prior to being tightened by means of the screws.
This mounting procedure is time consuming and difficult.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a fastening device forattaching an air guiding device to a vehicle body which facilitates easy andefficient mounting of an air guiding device to a vehicle body of a vehicle.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION These and other objects, apparent from the following description, areachieved by a fastening device and a vehicle which are of the type stated byway of introduction and which in addition exhibits the features recited in thecharacterising clause of the appended independent claims. Preferredembodiments of the fastening device are defined in appended dependent claims.
